Interventional Radiology Technologist

St. David's Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Special Procedures Technologist PRN to join our innovative team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality radiologic services through advanced imaging procedures. The successful candidate will work with cutting-edge technology in neurology, cardiac services, and robotic surgery, contributing to patient diagnosis and treatment in a supportive and dynamic environment. This position requires flexibility in scheduling and a commitment to patient care excellence. Perform specialized imaging procedures, including fluoroscopy, angiography, and other interventional radiology techniques Prepare patients and equipment for procedures, ensuring safety and comfort Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and deliver patient care Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to privacy regulations Manage imaging equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Participate in on-call rotations as required Proficient in the use of radiologic/imaging equipment Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedure-specific requirements Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities Capable of critical thinking and problem-solving in high pressure environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification Valid state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist CPR certification required
