Hybrid Workers' Compensation Claims Referee

New York State Workers’ Compensation Board invites applications for the role of Workers’ Compensation Claims Referee. Under the direction of the Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Referee, you will conduct hearings, render decisions on claims arising under the Workers’ Compensation Law, Disability Benefits Law, and related statutes, and oversee complex proceedings. Applicants must have five years of full-time, professional legal experience after NY Bar admission, including at least three years
