APPLY NOW1st Shift Assembly- Assembler IWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join the production team at Kenall in Kenosha, WI. The ideal candidate will help assemble, test, and prepare high-quality commercial lighting products for shipment while following detailed procedures and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Location: Kenosha, WI Schedule: Monday Friday | 6:00AM - 2:30PM Pay Rate: $18.35/hour
Duties:
- Participate in on-the-job training to learn product assembly standards and expectations
- Assemble components and sub-assemblies of lighting products (e.g., doors, brackets, housings)
- Install hardware and electrical components, including wiring, power sources, LED modules, and connectors
- Perform secondary tasks such as applying labels, sealants (silicone), and preparing products for packaging
- Conduct functional and quality tests using handheld and computerized tools
- Read and follow electronic work instructions and basic diagrams
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Occasionally assist other production functions as needed
