What You'll Do: Partner with leadership teams across multiple businesses to improve accounting and finance operations. Support month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, AP, payroll, and other hands-on accounting functions. Build and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and financial reporting infrastructure. Assist with acquisitions, integrations, system implementations, and audit preparation. Support budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and strategic financial analysis. Work directly with senior leadership on financial initiatives and operational improvements.
