Strategic Head of Analytical Data & Statistics

Takeda is seeking a Head of Analytical Data & Statistics in our Boston area to lead statistical strategy and analytics across programs. The role partners with cross-functional teams to embed analytics into study design, ensure data integrity, and drive scalable insights using modern tools. The candidate will guide governance of data standards, implement AI-assisted analytics where appropriate, and develop capabilities through coaching and training of the team.
