Retail Channel Marketing Lead

Roborock in the United States is seeking a senior Trade Marketing leader to build the NA sell-through engine, bridging sales and shoppers. You will stand up the in-store demo program and own how Roborock appears at the point of purchase across major retailers. You will design field merchandising, training, and retailer media plans, establish ROI-driven governance, and scale a repeatable playbook with a small, high-performing team.
