- Crucial Link is hiring Machine Operators and Single Hit Stamping Press Operators for a growing manufacturing company in Valley City.
- These positions can be entry level. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong work ethic, good attendance, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Pay: Includes 10% Shift Differential
Machine Operator: $18.70/hrSingle Hit Press Operator: $19.80/hrTypical ScheduleMonday–Thursday: 4:30 PM–3:00 AMAdditional daily overtime may extend the shift to approximately 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM depending on production needs
What You'll Do:- Machine OperatorOperate production machinery and equipmentLoad and unload parts
- Perform basic visual quality inspections
- Follow work instructions and production requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Meet daily production and quality goals
- Single Hit Stamping Press OperatorOperate single-hit stamping press equipmentLoad parts/material into the press
- Remove completed parts and inspect for quality
- Perform repetitive production work in a fast-paced environment
- Handle materials throughout the shift
- Follow all machine safety procedures
Single Hit Press positions are more physically demanding than the Machine Operator positions.
Qualifications:- Entry-level candidates welcome
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable working around industrial machinery
- Able to stand and work throughout the shift
- Ability to perform repetitive production tasks
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
