Strategic Regional General Counsel - Canada/US

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant General Counsel for the Canada/US region to provide strategic legal advice and partner with regional leadership. The role emphasizes judgment-intensive work and coordination with centralized COEs for contracts, risk, and compliance. You will support litigation and M&A efforts, identify risks, and train teams on policy and process. A US- and Canada-focused practice, with fluency in relevant jurisdictions, is preferred.
