Sales Manager

Location: Tampa, Florida

Position Title: Sales Manager

The Opportunity: This is a rare opportunity for a proven building automation sales leader to step into a highly visible role at a pivotal moment in a growing Florida-based organization's evolution. The business has established operational infrastructure, a growing field execution team, and significant momentum throughout Florida, but is seeking the right leader to help define the next chapter of growth. The Sales Manager will serve as both a strategic architect and hands-on business developer. This is not simply a management role. The successful candidate will help establish sales objectives, influence market strategy, shape the culture of the organization, develop future sales talent, and actively participate in growing revenue throughout Florida. The company is looking for a true player-coach who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, building customer relationships, mentoring developing sales engineers, and leading by example. What makes this opportunity especially compelling is the level of influence the individual will have. Rather than inheriting rigid metrics, predefined structures, or established sales playbooks, this leader will help create them. The organization is actively rebuilding and investing in its future, creating a unique environment where a strong leader can leave a lasting mark on both the business and its people. The position offers the chance to lead a developing sales organization while supporting expansion throughout Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, and future Florida markets. The successful candidate will partner closely with executive leadership, helping determine strategic direction while building a high-performing, accountable, and customer-focused sales culture. For an ambitious sales leader who enjoys growth environments, values autonomy, and wants the opportunity to build something meaningful, this role offers both challenge and tremendous upside.
