Calvo Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Los Angeles Team.

- Full-time schedule with flexible work week either Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday
- All Gas are paid for
- Hourly Rate $25 to $ 27 doe PLUS Bonus based on performance up to $5000 yearly

- Provide Industry related training
Your responsibilities include:
- Complete Service requests from Residents (e.g. tasks such as painting, some basic electrical, installing fans, windows, and garbage disposals, fixing doors, locks, lights, cabinetry, basic plumbing, patching dry wall)
- Help with Turnovers
- Survey the property and communicate any needs regarding cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality to your Supervisor
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year experience in property management maintenance, other industry related trade
- Read, write and speak English ( Bi-lingual plus)
- Provide own tools
- Possess a current driver license.
