Concrete Foreman

Responsibilities: Oversee, assign, and communicate tasks to crew members. Estimate the amount of labor and materials required for concrete construction projects. Ability to train employees. Must possess knowledge of paving operations, equipment, safety, and standard procedures. All other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Working experience as Concrete Foreman Concrete finishing skills In-depth knowledge of concrete procedures Ability to read drawings and blueprints Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to communicate and report effectively Good math skills Availability to work overtime and weekends.
