Responsibilities:
- Credit and risk control through analyses of the factors in the credit business, with a focus on CRE.
- Due diligence vetting and performing analyses on transactions
- Defending cases to Credit Committee
- Preparing Credit Assessments
- Reviewing Legal Documentation focusing on credit terms such as collateral, covenants, etc.
- Post disbursement management
- Covenant Compliance
- Act as a risk manager escalating risks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years credit related work experience
- 5+ years of specific experience working in CRE Credit within banking
