Independent Optometrist: In-Store Practice & Flexible Hours

Walmart is seeking an Independent Optometrist to launch services in Sam's Club. As a lease holder you will lead patient care focused on eye/vision health and general wellbeing within our stores. Set your practice days, hours, and schedule; control fees and keep 100% of exam fees where allowed. Minimum qualifications include OD degree, valid optometry and ophthalmology licenses, and liability insurance.
