The Window/Glass Technician diagnoses and performs glass repairs on vehicles with efficiency, accuracy, and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer/factory standards.
You'll work on everything from delivery vans and service trucks to heavy-duty commercial fleets, helping keep businesses on the road. What You'll Do:
Diagnose, repair, and replace damaged glass on commercial trucks and fleet vehicles.
Remove and install windshields, side glass, rear glass, and specialty glass components.
Calibrate and verify vehicle systems related to glass replacement when required.
Inspect vehicles for damage and document repair recommendations.
Perform mobile service calls at customer locations and fleet yards as needed.
Ensure proper use of adhesives, tools, and materials in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Communicate professionally with customers, fleet managers, and team members.
Complete repair orders and related documentation accurately and on time.

What We Are Looking For:
Previous experience in automotive, commercial truck, RV, bus, or heavy equipment glass installation preferred.
Experience working with Class 6-8 trucks, fleet vehicles, or commercial equipment is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
