You will own schedule, budget, and subcontractor coordination for your scope, working daily with the GC, owner reps, and trade partners on a large mission-critical site. This is an hourly W-2 staff position with steady, multi-year work. Clean documentation and clear communication matter as much as build knowledge here.
Requirements:
5+ years managing Mechanical & Plumbing scopes on large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projectsData center project experience preferredSolid command of scheduling, cost tracking, RFIs, submittals, and change managementConstruction management degree or equivalent field experienceOSHA 30 preferredBenefitsWeekly pay, plus medical, dental and vision plans available.
