Position: Operating Room RNFA (Level 4) - da Vinci Robotics

Schedule: Monday-Friday days, 36 or 48 hours a week; evening on-call until 11:00 PM per unit needs and a rotating holiday requirement; no weekends

Experience: 2 years OR experience, Level 1 trauma preferred, with proven da Vinci robotic experience across urology, GYN, colorectal, surgical oncology (Whipples, gastrectomies, hernias), thoracic and general surgery (gall bladders, appendectomies)

Required: New York RN license only, CNOR, completion of an accredited RN First Assistant course, and BLS (AHA)

Preferred: Proficiency in perioperative practice with both scrubbing and circulating experience

Duties: Collaborate with the surgeon and healthcare team in the operative phase as a first assistant, practising at the surgeon's direction, and perform staff OR RN duties when not in the RNFA role; combined circulate, scrub and RNFA role
