What You'll Do:
- Perform professional carpet, upholstery, tile and floor cleaning services
- Respond to water damage emergencies and perform mitigation services
- Execute mold remediation and containment procedures in accordance with industry standards
- Set up and monitor drying equipment and document job progress
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and insurance partners
- Complete digital work orders, moisture logs, and photo documentation
- Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and job sites to the highest standards
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency services
- Cross-train in fire, smoke, odor, trauma, and contents restoration services
- Lead by example and contribute to a positive team environment
- What We're Looking For1–3+ years of experience in carpet cleaning, water damage restoration, mold remediation, or related servicesIICRC certifications preferred (WRT, AMRT, CCT, ASD, FSRT), but not required
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and challenging environments
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile devices and software for documentation
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and emergency on-call shifts
