Murex MX.3 Production Support RoleProvide front-line production support for Murex MX.3 across pricing, risk, trade capture, workflows, market data, and interfacesOwn incident triage, impact assessment, root cause analysis, and follow-up remediationMonitor logs, dashboards, schedulers, RTS feeds, and batch processes to identify and resolve issues proactivelyTroubleshoot pricing inconsistencies, risk/sensitivity gaps, trade enrichment failures, and interface delaysManage and track vendor cases, including evidence gathering, reproduction steps, and validation of fixesSupport production releases, emergency changes, and maintenance activities with pre- and post-deployment checksMaintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles to improve operational efficiency and reduce repeat incidentsContribute to monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen platform stabilityStrong hands-on experience supporting Murex MX.3 in a production environmentKnowledge of Murex modules including eTradepad, Pricing, Simulation, Livebook, and WorkflowExperience with market data components such as MDCS, RTBS, MDRS, and MDITStrong Murex log analysis, performance troubleshooting, and Unix/Linux-based support skillsScripting experience in Python and/or Unix shellGood understanding of Murex orchestration, services, process flows, and EOD job troubleshootingSQL knowledge across Sybase, SQL Server, or OracleUnderstanding of Equity Derivatives products and GreeksStrong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skillsOverall 10+ years of IT experience 5+ years of Front Office Trading Technology support experience 3+ years of Murex MX.3 support experience preferredAbility to work effectively in a high-pressure production support environmentAutomation mindset and continuous improvement focus
