Talent Acquisition Director: Scale & Site-Launch Leader

This leader owns end-to-end hiring strategy, delivery and performance for high-volume, fast-moving roles across hourly, skilled technical and site leadership positions on a national footprint. The Director will run a disciplined weekly operating rhythm, build a bench of strong managers, and partner with client operations and account leadership.
