Rewinder Operator
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Rewinder Operator for a manufacturing facility in Green Bay. This role is responsible for operating rewinding equipment, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a safe, efficient workflow on the production floor. Good attendance and reliability are essential. Schedule & Pay: Monday Thursday: 5:30 AM3:00 PMFriday: 5:30 AM11:30 AM
Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Increase: Additional $0.75 after 30 days Temp-to-hire opportunity after 480 hours
Responsibilities:- Operate rewinding machines to specification
- Inspect materials for defects and ensure quality standards
- Track production output and maintain accurate documentation
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Requirements:- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for full shifts
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
