Senior Quality Leader: Scale Manufacturing Quality

R3 Lithium is seeking a Sr. Quality Manager to lead development and continuous improvement of quality systems across the organization, ensuring products meet safety, regulatory, and customer requirements while driving operational excellence. This senior role builds and scales the quality function from early-stage ramp to full production in a high-growth environment, overseeing QA/QC, supplier and customer quality, audits, CAPA, and data-driven decision making to sustain reliability and
