Responsibilities: Deliver direct therapy services to students in a school environment, handling approximately 10 sessions per day Assess, diagnose, and devise individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and integrate therapy goals into the classroom Maintain thorough, timely documentation and manage caseload efficiently, using one hour at the end of each day for paperwork and planning Attend IEP meetings and contribute effectively to the multi-disciplinary team
