Lead Robotics Issue Triage & Automation Engineer

Diligent Robotics in Austin, Texas, seeks a Lead Engineer, Issue Management & Triage to own reliability and failure investigations for our deployed robotic fleet. You will lead classification frameworks, build internal tools, and develop automation pipelines that improve field performance. You will partner with Engineering, ROC, and Operations to translate field issues into prioritized technical work, drive RCA, and push long-term fixes across hardware, software, and autonomy.
