Schedule: Full-Time | Rotating weekly schedule, typically alternating between four- and five-day workweeks. The schedule is structured in advance across our established offices, providing consistency while supporting a strong patient base throughout the region. Why Practice Orthodontics With Gentle Dental? Gentle Dental provides a large network of resources and operational support so our doctors can focus on dentistry. You’ll have support with the day-to-day details of running a practice while remaining focused on your patients and clinical care. Clinical Autonomy You’re the doctor. Our culture is built around teamwork, integrity, and doing what is right for the patient. You’ll maintain clinical autonomy to make treatment decisions based on best practices and the individual needs of your patients. You won’t be building from scratch. You’ll practice within established Gentle Dental offices with existing patient communities and work alongside dental teams focused on identifying and supporting patients who need specialty care.
