Assessment Clinician Professional Glendale, AZ, US SAGE Counseling's Assessment Clinician is responsible for all aspects of the initial assessment of clients for intake into the respective SAGE program, including interviewing, gathering data for a comprehensive assessment, making a clinical diagnosis, and completing the initial individual service plan. Unlicensed Clinicians: up to $65,000 Associate Licensed Clinicians: up to $68,000 Independent Licensed Clinicians: up to $70,000 Where will you work?: Assessment Clinicians have the opportunity to work from home; but must reside in Arizona. All equipment needed for this position is provided. We are looking for Assessors in the Phx Metro area!! - Including West Valley, East Valley, and Central Phoenix areas!
