Responsibilities:
Lead daily production operations to meet schedules, KPIs, quality standards, and customer deadlines.
Manage, train, coach, and evaluate production employees.
Coordinate workflow, staffing, equipment, and production priorities.
Resolve production issues and collaborate with other departments.
Support expedited orders and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.5+ years of manufacturing experience, including 1+ year in management.
Experience in contract manufacturing preferred.
Familiarity with IPC/interconnect standards and manufacturing equipment.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Experience with ERP/CRM systems and standard office software.
