Conference Operator

Required skills and experience: Two years of experience as a conference operator, minimum 40 wpm typing speed, strong oral and written communication.

Job description: Insight Global is looking for a motivated conference operator to support a financial client in the Salt Lake City area. The conference operators perform telephone support for both internal callers as well as external clients. Additionally, operators will manage operator-assisted conference calls for senior firm members.
