What You’ll Be Doing:
Direct negotiation, administration, and optimization of partner contracts.
Ensure regulatory compliance and contract performance metrics are exceeded.
Lead contract lifecycle processes, from pricing changes to strategic renewals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Ops.
Mentor and lead a team of contract managers.
About You:
8+ years in healthcare or pharma contract management; 5+ years managing teams.
Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and risk mitigation skills.
Fluent in healthcare compliance, legal terms, and analytics.
Energized by purpose-driven leadership and cross-team collaboration.
