Your Mission:
Set up, run, and oversee production equipment to keep lines moving.
Inspect in-process work and confirm it meets quality expectations.
Complete routine maintenance and perform basic troubleshooting on machines.
Assemble, package, and label finished goods for shipment.
Sustain a clean, well-organized, and safe workstation.
Coordinate with teammates to meet output goals and deadlines.
Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines.
What You’ll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience in a production or manufacturing setting is a plus.
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow directions precisely.
Team-first approach and clear, respectful communication.
Basic mechanical skills and comfort working with machinery.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including overtime as needed.
