Qualifications:
Strong skills in Legal Document Preparation and review for real estate transactions.
Ability to perform thorough Due Diligence, including title searches and examination of property records.
Experience with Title Insurance processes, issuance, and related regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of Leases and Commercial Real Estate documentation and procedures.
Prior experience as a real estate paralegal, title agent, or in a related legal/real estate role.
Familiarity with Florida real estate practices and relevant state and federal regulations.
Proficiency with title and closing software, document management systems, and standard office applications.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.
Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with clients and partners.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, real estate, or a related field; certification as a paralegal or title agent in Florida is preferred.
