Stellar is not an agency. Not software. We create outcomes Stellar is an entirely new type of growth partner — part of Pixis, backed by SoftBank and General Atlantic, with 300 experts across specialized disciplines and purpose-built AI underneath them. Not an agency. Not software. A new operating model for marketing in the AI era. We sell outcomes, not services. The contracts may look familiar — retainers, projects, whatever fits the work. What's different is where the conversation starts. Never with what we do. Always with what the business is trying to accomplish and what it will take to achieve it. That's Stellar Growth Engine — tech enabled marketing services that pair world-class operators with AI technology to execute against our clients' most ambitious goals. Behind Stellar sit ten agency brands across paid media, SEO/AEO, and creative — plus our own platforms supporting each. We have the experts. We have the tech. We have the proof. Now we're looking for someone to join our sales team and bring this model to a growing portfolio of new clients.
The role:
You originate and close new business for Stellar — both the overarching network and the individual agencies. You find the opportunity, get in the room, figure out what the client is actually trying to do, and build the answer: the right people from the right brands, the right tech, put together into the solution a CEO or CMO says yes to. Then you close it. You won't be doing it alone. You'll join a small commercial team that shares what's working, and 300 specialists who are genuinely happy to get in a room and help you win. Concretely, you will: Close. This is the heart of the job. You'll run deals end to end — the commercial conversation, the objections, the negotiation, the number. Build pipeline alongside what we send you. You'll get real support: inbound, marketing, events, referrals, and warm paths across ten agency brands. The best person for this role will be a great collaborator with our marketing team, bringing back market feedback and ideas. They'll also build named target lists, work their network, and go get the deals nobody handed them. Sell outcomes, across the network. You're not selling a service line. You're selling against a client's goal, free to pull from anywhere within Stellar to meet it. Package the answer. Take a messy commercial problem and assemble the right team and the right tech into a scope, a story, and a price. Get our experts in the room. You don't sell alone. You create the moments — working sessions, audits, diagnostics — where our operators can help you sell the vision. Be in market. This job happens in rooms with people in them: conferences, dinners, roundtables, client cities. You'll be out there and visible. Carry a POV. Write it, say it, stand behind it. You're the front of Stellar in rooms where nobody has heard of us yet. Own the number. Pipeline, conversion, closed revenue.
Who you are:
You've sold marketing services and you've closed. A track record or origination closed deals for services, tech-enabled offerings, and complex solutions.
You can generate as well as convert. You've built pipeline from nothing before and you're not precious about how.
Fearless. You're comfortable calling high, introducing yourself to a room, asking the awkward commercial question, and naming a number without flinching.
A strategist and packager. You're good at the middle part — hearing a business problem and shaping the solution, rather than reading a capabilities deck out loud.
Fluent enough to be dangerous. Paid, SEO, creative, AI-enabled marketing — you don't need to be the practitioner, but you can hold your own with an operator and you know when to bring the experts in.A builder, not a runner-of-playbooks. Ambiguity is the opportunity, not the obstacle. Comfortable being the front. You carry Stellar's point of view — confident, human — into every room.
Why this seat No lane, no ceiling. Ten specialist brands and a platform behind one story — you can sell anything we do to anyone you can reach. Most sellers spend their careers defending one service line. You won't.A team behind you. 300 experts and purpose-built AI (Google and Meta are Pixis partners) do the delivering — the team backs everything you sell.
Build the thing you sell. The packages aren't all written yet. The ones you invent that work get used across the whole network.
Direct line, real leverage. You report into Stellar's commercial leadership and help set strategy, not just execute it.
Compensation & upside Competitive base, uncapped variable tied to the business you build, and meaningful equity/RSU upside as part of Pixis.
If you've built pipeline, closed complex marketing-services deals, and want the freedom to sell the whole solution rather than a single service line, we'd love to hear from you.
