Description:
The Nephrology RN provides specialized care to patients with acute or chronic kidney disease, including those undergoing hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis. Responsibilities include monitoring patient responses to treatments, administering medications, and supporting patient education regarding renal health and treatment adherence.
