About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial, state, and federal construction projects ranging from $100K to $7M. This is an opportunity to join a small, independent team with significant room for long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage 1–3 projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop schedules, budgets, forecasts, and 3-week lookaheads
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract documentation
- Lead subcontractor buyout, scope review, and negotiations
- Conduct site visits and project meetings
- Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and compliance
- Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and budget
- Oversee project closeout, punch lists, and turnover
- Qualifications~3+ years of construction management experience~ Degree or equivalent hands-on construction experience~ Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and vendors~ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is a plus

- Approximately 3 days in office / 2 days on site, depending on project stage
