Strategic Compliance & Internal Controls Leader

Lindt is seeking a Compliance and Internal Controls professional to oversee the company’s control environment. Hybrid role with three days per week in Stratham, NH or Boston offices, driving risk assessments, remediation, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with Audit and Finance to ensure GAAP/IFRS adherence, manage control testing, and support external audits. Strong communication and ERP proficiency are essential.
