Remote Commercial Counsel - SaaS Legal Leader

Canto is seeking a Commercial Counsel to lead our end‑to‑end contracting for SaaS agreements and MSAs. You will build scalable processes, implement CLM systems, and partner with Sales, Finance, and executive leadership to accelerate growth while managing privacy and regulatory obligations. As the first in‑house legal leader, you will shape our legal function, drive efficiency, and enable rapid, compliant deal execution across the US and Europe.
