Leadership Development Specialist

Role Description: The Leadership Development Specialist is a part-time, remote role focused on designing and delivering leadership and mindset training programs for a variety of clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing training content, facilitating virtual workshops, and providing coaching to leaders, teams, and emerging talent. The specialist will collaborate with clients to assess development needs, customize program materials, and track progress against agreed-upon objectives. Additional tasks include maintaining program documentation, contributing to thought leadership content, and supporting continuous improvement of EC | Elite Consulting’s training and coaching offerings.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Training to design and facilitate impactful learning experiences. Candidates should possess skills in Leadership Development and Coaching to support clients in building leadership capacity and high-performance mindsets. Candidates should possess skills in Program Management to organize, implement, and evaluate leadership initiatives across diverse client environments. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage virtual audiences and adapt content to different sectors (business, athletics, academia).Experience in leadership coaching, organizational development, or performance psychology is beneficial. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple client priorities, and meet deadlines reliably. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Business, Organizational Development) or equivalent practical experience.
