Company/Industry: Well-established title insurance agencySchedule: Mon-Fri, 1st Shift, In-office preferred; hybrid available after trainingSalary: $70,000 - $80,000/yr, depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidateType: Direct hire + BenefitsKey ResponsibilitiesReceive and process incoming title orders from attorneys, lenders, brokers, and other industry partnersOpen new files in TrackerPro (experience preferred) Respond to calls and emails from attorneys, lenders, and clients regarding order status and documentationAct as liaison between the clearance department and closing desk to ensure smooth workflowMaintain accurate records and update internal systems with all required informationProvide customer service support throughout the lifecycle of each fileAssist with administrative tasks related to title processing and file managementQualificationsPrior experience in title insurance, real estate, mortgage, or legal support strongly preferredFamiliarity with TrackerPro or similar title softwareStrong communication and client service skillsAbility to multitask and manage time sensitive requestsDetail oriented with strong organizational abilitiesComfortable working in a fast paced environmentCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $80,000.00
