Associate Full-Stack Engineer
Experience: 2–5 years
About the Role:
We’re looking for an Associate Full-Stack Engineer who enjoys building products, solving problems, and using AI tools to work smarter and move faster. This role is ideal for an engineer with a solid foundation in software development who is comfortable using Claude Code as part of their day-to-day workflow. We’re language-agnostic and open to candidates with experience in any modern full-stack technology. We care more about your ability to write good code, understand how applications work end to end, and effectively leverage AI-assisted development tools than whether you use a particular programming language or framework. You’ll work across frontend and backend systems, contribute to new features, and help turn ideas into reliable, production-ready software.
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain full-stack applications, working across frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, and databases.
Use Claude Code to accelerate development, explore codebases, debug issues, write tests, and implement new features.
Review, test, and refine AI-generated code to ensure it is accurate, secure, maintainable, and production-ready.
Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
Troubleshoot bugs, improve application performance, and contribute to code quality and reliability.
Learn new technologies quickly and help identify ways to improve the development process through AI-assisted workflows.
What We’re Looking For2–5 years of professional software engineering experience, ideally building full-stack applications.
Working knowledge of both frontend and backend development, including APIs, databases, and application architecture fundamentals.
Hands-on experience using Claude Code for real software development—not just general chatbot-based coding assistance.
Ability to use AI-generated code thoughtfully, validate its output, debug problems, and understand the code being shipped.
Familiarity with version control, testing, debugging, and collaborative development workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and the ability to work independently while knowing when to ask questions.
A willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership of projects from implementation through delivery.
Technology:
We’re open to a variety of languages and frameworks, including Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Go, Ruby, React, Node.js, and others. No specific language or framework is required. We’re most interested in strong engineering fundamentals, full-stack versatility, and the ability to use Claude Code effectively.
What Success Looks Like:
You can take a feature or problem from an initial idea to a working implementation, use Claude Code to accelerate the process, and exercise sound engineering judgment to ensure the final result is reliable and maintainable. You’re eager to keep learning, build useful products, and become a stronger engineer.
