APPLY NOW5C Data Centers is seeking an experienced RMA Coordinator to manage returns for data center hardware across global sites. You will coordinate end-to-end RMAs, liaise with data center technicians, Cloud teams, and vendors, and help build out the spares program with inventory controls. Reporting to the Director of Quality, you will ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective RMA processing, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement to reduce cycle times and costs.
