LHH is excited to partner with a national healthcare organization to find a dedicated Front Office Receptionist for several medical clinics in North County San Diego, including San Marcos, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Escondido, and Rancho Bernardo. Key Duties: Greet patients and staff warmly as they arrive at the facility. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Schedule appointments both over the phone and in person. Collect insurance details and identification cards. Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system. Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, nurses, and other staff members. Review, organize, and file both paper and electronic medical records. Support clerical needs such as data entry, printing, faxing, and scanning. Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
  • At least two years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5 days, 8-hour shifts
Must be available between 6:30 am 10:30 pmWeekends required
Compensation
Pay rate: $25 per hour
Location: North County San Diego - San Marcos, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Escondido, Rancho Bernardo
