Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTAActive State License is Required to Start the AssignmentBLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARCUtah PT licenseBLS certificationMSPT or DPT degree from an accredited PT program
- Pass the NPTEUnderstanding of neuro, multi-trauma, and medically complex diagnoses
- Ability to complete a thorough chart review and understanding of lab values and weight bearing precautions
- Previous use of mobility devices and lift systems
- Understanding of back braces, UE/LE positioning devices, and hip, spine, and cardiac precautions

Shift hours: 7:00AM-7:00PMShift days: Friday-Sunday, plus one mid-week shift
