International Kia Orland Park is seeking an experienced Salesperson to join our team in Orland Hills, Illinois. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling our vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission, with the potential to earn between $60,000 to $150,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in our showroom and on the lot
Provide information on vehicles, features, and financing options
Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds
Negotiate and close sales with customers
Complete all necessary paperwork and ensure all sales records are accurate and up-to-date
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business
Attend training and development sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in auto sales required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Proficient in computer and internet use
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
