Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, providing an exceptional first impression.
Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations with professionalism.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing Point Of Sale systems efficiently.
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, demonstrating strong detail-oriented service.
Maintain table cleanliness throughout the dining experience, ensuring a pristine environment.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, showcasing excellent time management skills.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all work areas.
Minimum Qualifications:
Possession of a valid Food Handler's Card.
Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Proven teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Working knowledge of sanitation and food safety and sanitation practices.
Excellent greeting customers and engaging in interpersonal communications.
Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
