Strong drafting, analytical, communication, and matter-management skills. Responsibilities & Scope of WorkTake ownership of substantive workstreams within the real estate practice. Draft and review sophisticated legal and client-facing materials. Analyze complex legal, regulatory, and commercial issues. Coordinate efficiently with partners, clients, and cross-practice teams. Assume increasing responsibility for matter management and execution.
Base Salary: $220,000 – $255,000 per year. Additional: Benefits and bonuses.
