Our client, an Am law 100 firm with nationwide offices including Austin, seeks a mid to senior trademark associate to manage global portfolios, coordinate clearance efforts, and support enforcement actions such as cease and desist letters, TTAB actions, and UDRP disputes. The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of U.S. and international trademark experience, excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills, and bar admission in the jurisdiction; authorized to work in the U.S.
