The YMCA of Greater Boston is seeking a Waterfront Director for the Pleasant Valley Overnight Camp. You will lead and coordinate waterfront and swimming activities, train instructors, and ensure safety and quality across water programs.
Minimum qualifications include:
WSI or YMCA swim instructor certification, lifeguarding, CPR and First Aid, and strong staff supervisory skills. A managerial camping background helps in coordinating schedules and equipment, with additional duties as assigned.
