Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm This is a temp-to-hire position. Full Job DescriptionOur client is looking for a hands-on Fabrication Warehouse Worker to join their team. This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys working with tools, building things, measuring materials, and working with their hands. This is not a traditional warehouse position. The majority of the work involves cutting, drilling, shaping, gluing, and assembling plastic materials to create finished products. The ideal candidate has some mechanical ability, is comfortable using hand and power tools, and takes pride in doing accurate, quality work.

Key Responsibilities: Cut, drill, shape, and assemble plastic materials using saws, drills, and hand tools Measure materials and follow basic dimensions and work instructions Use adhesives and other techniques to assemble and finish plastic components Operate a forklift to move materials as needed Inspect finished parts to make sure they are properly assembled and meet specifications Read and follow basic drawings, measurements, or written instructions Keep tools, materials, and work areas clean and organized Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Work efficiently while maintaining good quality and attention to detail

Qualifications: Previous experience in fabrication, manufacturing, construction, assembly, woodworking, cabinetry, auto repair, or a similar hands-on environment is preferred Comfortable using hand and power tools Good mechanical ability and the ability to figure out how things fit and work together Able to accurately measure materials using a tape measure and other basic measuring tools Forklift experience is a plus Warehouse experience is helpful, but hands-on mechanical or fabrication experience is more important Client Benefits PackageMedical Dental Retirement Paid time off
