Vice President of Ecommerce

About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President of Ecommerce to take on a pivotal role in defining and executing its digital commerce strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for segmenting and governing various digital channels, including retail, distributor, marketplace, and direct. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in scaling e-commerce within complex, multi-business-unit organizations, and a deep understanding of the intricacies of digital commerce, particularly in the context of aftermarket parts. The VP of Ecommerce will be tasked with building and enforcing pricing and channel governance to ensure the growth of marketplace revenue without disrupting established retail partnerships. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in commercial or P&L leadership. The role requires a candidate with a hands-on approach to navigating multi-channel conflicts, a working command of algorithmic price matching mechanics, and practical experience in MAP policy implementation and enforcement. The ideal candidate will have a background in product information management, retail media, and performance marketing, and a proven ability to lead through influence, driving alignment and results across business units.
