We supply infrastructure components to the power generation sector - utilities, nuclear power plants, renewables, battery storage, and data centers. The parts made on our floor go into the systems that keep the grid running. We are hiring a Punch Press Operator to join our production floor. This is a hands-on, full-time position with a four-day work week, unlimited overtime available, and real opportunity to grow into set-up and higher-skill work for an operator who shows up and takes pride in the job. Schedule Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (four-day work week - every Friday off) Unlimited overtime available for those who want itWhat You Will DoOperate punch presses ranging from 50 to 400 tons Assemble and deburr parts Read and interpret basic prints Use calipers and other measuring tools to inspect your own work Apply basic shop math, including fractions and decimals Recognize proper machine function and report problems promptly Assist with die set-ups on presses as needed What You Need Experience with machine operation - punch press experience strongly preferred A steady work history, including tenure with at least one prior employer High school diploma or GEDAt least 18 years of age (federal law prohibits workers under 18 from operating power-driven metal forming machines) Ability to read, write, and communicate in English well enough to follow safety instructions, read prints and work orders, and document your own work Ability to bend, kneel, turn, and lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation Reliable transportation arranged prior to your start date Punctuality and reliability - these matter to us as much as skill Legally authorized to work in the United States.
