VP, Pharma Analytics

Key Responsibilities: Lead the organization's overall analytics strategy and roadmap Build and enhance analytical frameworks supporting pharmacy pricing, utilization, forecasting, and consumer insights Oversee the development of dashboards, reporting, and advanced analytical models Translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations for executive leadership Partner cross-functionally to support growth, operational efficiency, and broader business strategy Establish strong standards around data quality, governance, and analytics best practices Lead, mentor, and develop analytics professionals as the function continues to scale

Qualifications: 10+ years experience within pharmaceutical, pharmacy, PBM, or broader healthcare analytics Strong understanding of pharma economics, pricing, forecasting, and financial/economic modeling Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python and/or R Experience working with modern BI and data visualization platforms Strong foundation in statistics, predictive modeling, and analytical methodologies Previous experience leading analytics teams and developing analytics strategy Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to senior and executive-level stakeholders Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
